ScrapFest 2012 - Day 3

The last day of ScrapFest didn't start until 11 a.m. so, thankfully, I was able to sleep in! I had two classes this day, one I REALLY enjoyed and one I was so disappointed in. Let's start with the downer class.

I signed up for the Copic class thinking it was tips and techniques for coloring with them. Instead the instructor handed us a selection of markers and said, "color". I left that class a very unhappy camper.
In the class we colored one image and one piece of acrylic. As you can see by my image I really didn't know what I was doing!

The second class I took was by Tattered Angels. We made a canvas mini album using glimmer glam, glimmer glaze and glimmer mist. It was so much fun.
This photo is the album and all the pieces we were given and colored. Here's a look at a few of the more fun pages inside the book.

Now for the make-and-takes.
Ellison/Sizzix (we made the card and where given the pin)

Prima

Art Impressions

Bazzill Basics Paper

Doodlebug Designs (they had a wheel to spin and if you landed on a "winner" space you got to choose a doodle pop)

Simple Stories/therm-o-web (I didn't put mine together because we're not camping people but I liked the elements and a free page protector)

Echo Park/Carta Bella

7gypsies/Canvas Home Basics/Marvy Uchida/Tattered Angels (again) (this was one of my favorite make-and-takes plus you got that great sheet of 7gypsies stickers)

Shopping on day three was limited. I picked up two more grab bags ($3.99 each) and a package of 100 sheets of Bazzill cardstock ($24.99).

That's the end of my ScrapFest 2012 adventure. I'm already looking forward to ScrapFest 2013! If you'd like to get check out
